Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Custom-made items (apparel and most products)
• Processing time: 3–7 business days

Ready-to-ship items
• Processing time: 1–2 business days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Le’orer is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Package weight
• Shipping carrier rates

Occasional promotions such as free shipping offers may be available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Le’orer is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

For U.S. orders, additional duties, customs fees, or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Le’orer.

Returns & Exchange

Because many of our items are custom-made, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged due to an error on our part, we will gladly review the issue and provide a resolution.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Defective Items

To be eligible for review:

• The item must be unused and unwashed
• The item must be in original condition
• Clear photos of the defect must be provided

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange Request

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue

Wrong Address, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • The package being unclaimed
  • The package being marked undeliverable by the carrier

The order may be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, the order will not be refunded, as the item was already prepared and shipped.

Le’orer is not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the responsibility of the package transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Looking around the delivery area
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Le’orer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because many of our items are custom-made, orders enter production shortly after they are placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
